How can I directly create an a.reg file with a batch file, with the following contents:

REGEDIT4


"DisableRegistryTools"=dword:00000000

"RestrictRun"=dword:00000000
(without using edit to edit it) Is that possible?

Could some expert help me? Thanks!!!
