Can the backup file of GHOST from one computer be used to restore to another computer when the partitions of the two computers are different? Will the data in other partitions on the other computer be lost because of this???

Yes, but the premise is that the capacity of that partition on the other machine must be large enough to hold the file capacity used by that partition on the original machine. The other partitions on the other machine are not affected.
