The installation method is also very simple. First, extract it to a certain folder, and then install it as the path of the Win3.x graphics card driver. Recommended.

My old Trident 9750 PCI graphics card also came with complete Win 3.x drivers, with a maximum resolution of 1600×1200! Well, your Trident 9750 is really powerful. My graphics card can only support 8-bit color depth at 1600×1200. Some software has overlapping fonts and distorted graphics at high color depths. Currently, I'm using Windows 3.1 with 256 colors at 1600×1200@75HZ, and it's quite good for editing documents with Word 6.0 in daily use.

Such a good graphics card, it's better to put it in a slightly older computer to continue its use, like my Trident 9680 graphics card. It's a pity to just let it be unused.

Actually, my graphics card only has 2MB of video memory. So the maximum resolution for displaying true color is only 800*600. At a resolution of 1024*768, it's at most 16-bit enhanced color. At resolutions of 1280*1024 and 1600*1200, it's only 256 colors. My monitor's maximum resolution is 1280*1024, and I haven't seen what it's like at the ultra-high resolution of 1600*1200.

This graphics card has no 3D acceleration, so its 3D performance is extremely poor! Moreover, when used in Win2k/XP systems, the desktop occasionally has inexplicable lines, and even causes a system crash! But there are two advantages: it supports the VESA 3.0 standard and comes with a TV-Out interface. Maybe it can still be put to use in situations like playing typing games or doing development in DOS, Win 3.x, but now I have no intention of reusing it. It's really a bit of a pity, ha.

The piece of Trident 9000 with 1M video memory I had before was installed on a broken 486. Under WIN3.1 and NT3.51, it could only reach 800*600*32768 colors. But at that time, watching VCD with XingMPEG under Win3.1 was also acceptable. I have been unable to find a good video player under NT351.
