After the dictionary runs, it prompts ctrl+enter to activate, but pressing it as prompted won't activate it. I'm using 4dos75 and there are no conflicting hotkeys with it.

It's already loaded.
Is that related? I've never really figured out what CLOAKING does. Also, how do you use peruse? |

It is related. Remove CLOAKING and then try running QDICT again.

How about this: if you want QDICT to run normally with CLOAKING loaded, then load ESCAPE 3.6 first, and then load CLOAKING.
