I have tried both 2.5 and 2.46, and it works normally in Windows, but when using in real - mode DOS, it prompts an error or an unsupported format. Why? Does it still need to be set?

Does it refer to QuickView? What is the file to be played? Is it a.DAT file?

Yes
It's QuickView It's a .dat file Directly view on the CD Originally in Windows, you can view .dat hard disk files |

There is an explanation about this issue in QV's FAQ. This is because "most CD - ROM drivers under DOS do not support direct reading of.DAT files, but you can use QV /VCD to view VCDs."

Still not working.
Just a few seconds of the opening title appear and then it goes black. Is there a driver that supports reading.dat files directly from the CD-ROM? |

Hey, this kind of driver probably needs to be looked for, and it's probably very hard to find.

Can't QV /VCD work? I have no problem playing VCD with QV here.
