OpenCP(Cubic Player): A graphical-interface MP3 player under DOS. It also supports dozens of other music formats, such as MIDI,RMI,WAV,ASF, etc., and the sound quality is also very good.

XTC-PLAY: A graphical-interface MP3 player, with some practical features, but the sound quality is not as good as the three above.

MSP: A command-line MP3 player, but its functions are average. It also supports music in multiple formats such as MIDI,WAV.

There is another one better than winamp, namely foobar2000. foobar2000 is very streamlined and focuses on sound quality.
