One of my machines had a bad network card, so I just removed the network card directly. Later I installed another network card and entered the IP address of the previous one. After confirming, the system said that the IP address was already assigned to the previous network card, which is now hidden or no longer present, and that this could cause an incorrect system configuration. If I click No like this, the computer can still get online. How do I remove the previous network card??

Just delete the old network card's driver in "Device Manager".

I just can't remove the driver, and I can't find that network card at all in Device Manager

Enter Safe Mode and delete it there; you can see it in Safe Mode. Or directly use ipconfig /release to clear the original network card's settings and see whether that solves it.
