The Dream Chinese WIN98 boot disk (final third edition) is very easy to use,
but I only need to use Smart ABC,
could someone make one for me?

Smart ABC is impossible, better use Tianhui ABC instead.

You can use the input methods in my boot disk; it has Wubi and Quanpin, and it uses very little memory
