I recently installed the DOS version of Street Fighter 2. There is no sound.
The sound card is the onboard AC97 sound card. The installation disc did not come with DOS drivers.
So I downloaded one online; generally they all come with 3 files: DOS4GW.exe install.exe viaudio.com

When I run install.exe, it says I don't have a sound card.
When I run viaudio.com, some versions say it installed successfully, while others say I need to set Sound Blaster Pro to Enabled in the BIOS, but I checked and there is no such option in the BIOS.

I've been trying for more than an hour and still can't get it working.

I did manage to install it successfully two years ago, but I don't know where that DOS version of the driver went. This time I downloaded everything again from the Internet.
I downloaded several DOS-version drivers, and none of them worked.

The motherboard is Shuttle AV41

The sound card seems to be VIA 4.35V

Under XP it shows this:
VIA AC'97 Enhanced Audio Controller (WDM)
