That shows it isn't caused by a logical lock (note: and logical lock is not a virus). Please check whether there is any hardware fault, whether the BIOS settings are correct, etc.

Then the hard disk has a hardware fault. Indeed, when a hard disk has some special hardware failure, it may be impossible to boot from a floppy disk. But a "logical lock" is different; it's a software lock.
