Can a super user be created under a normal user account or not。。。。
And also, on my machine the properties of My Computer won't open. When I run Group Policy, the registry, and everything under Control Panel, none of them work. I can only open applications. What exactly is going on。。Could it be infected by a virus，，， everyone please help me。。。。 Thanks in advance。。。 |
