From my trial experience, UCDOS fits perfectly. XZL has the worst compatibility, TW has some screen glitches, HW can't run normally, and CCDOS is also quite good.

High quality. I have good compatibility with ROM - DOS, UCDOS, and CCDOS97.

I just tried the latest version of ROM-DOS 7.1 from 2002. After booting, running XZL and HW Chinese character systems both worked normally.

Further research has found that when booting with ROM-DOS 7.1 and loading MS-DOS's EMM386, running something like XZL will cause a system crash. If EMM386 is not loaded, or UMBPCI is used instead, then running XZL and others works normally.
The reason why the new version of ROM-DOS 7.1 could run XZL normally just now is that there was nothing in CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT. |

Then what about the motherboards that do not support UMBPCI?

If UMBPCI doesn't work, then try something like 386MAX.

My instant Chinese startup disk runs very well, and there has been no phenomenon of xzl crashing after loading emm386.
