Under Windows 98, how can I convert FAT16 to FAT32? (One partition is larger than 512M, one is smaller than 512M!)

Use the CVT command with the /CVT32 option, and you can operate directly under pure DOS. If you also add the /MIN option, it supports converting hard disks smaller than 512M; otherwise it only supports hard disks larger than 512M.
