The following attached picture is the CONFIG.SYS in FREEDOS (in FREEDOS, it is called FDCONFIG.SYS in FREEDOS)

Why can such a way be written before "DEVICE" and "SHELL"? (Those numbers are the options of the front menu.) Can it be in MSDOS7?

Also, some items have a "?" number, what is the effect of the "?" number, what is the effect of "?" number, what is the "?" number, what is the effect, what is the effect, what is the effect of?

! means that even if you use F8 step-by-step execution, it will execute directly without prompting
!1? has the same meaning as 1?!
For other aspects, if you have any questions, please refer to the attachment
It cannot be guaranteed that the execution effect of the KERNEL before the 2035W version (the latest Dev-KERNEL currently)
The new Kernel can be grabbed from the ServicePack or compiled by yourself
The official Stable-KERNEL is 2035A

FREEDOS does not support the [XXX] format of MSDOS

DEVICE has no parameters, and *.SYS has parameters
