Can the 4dos shell support long file names?
I used doslfn in V-pc and then used dir, but the DOS didn't change.

To make 4DOS support long filenames under DOSLFN, two conditions are required:
1: 4DOS version 6.x or higher is needed, preferably version 7.50;
2: A line needs to be set in 4DOS.INI: Win95LFN=Yes

In addition to DOS itself and DOSLFN, 4DOS does not require any other software support.

Without a long filename driver (i.e., LFN API), 4DOS certainly cannot use long filenames.
