It really is an antique, just something for a bit of nostalgia. But who still uses PCX images nowadays?!

Of course people still use it! The Nintendo FC/Famicom emulator Nesticle and the Sega Genesis 16bit console emulator Genecyst both use PCX to save game screenshots!
