How to install the 256-color universal video card driver program svga.exe for Win3.x - China DOS Union Forum

1.小弟最近需要安装win3.x，听说svga.exe是win3x的通用显卡驱动程序，本论坛的好心人给了小弟一个。
我想知道svga.exe是win3x的通用显卡驱动程序吗？小弟的显卡是tnt2，能svga.exe吗？如果能，怎没装？小弟是一菜鸟，还望各位大侠不吝赐教。

3。小弟因为要装win3.x,所以安装了dos7。1与dos6.22,dos7.1很正常，但是安装dos6.22后，小弟的硬盘上只剩下c：盘了，用pqmagic一看，其他空间竟然没有分配,天哪！！！！一定是dos6.22破坏了分区表，不知道哪位大侠出主意帮小弟回复以前的分区表，小弟万分感激！！！！

svga.exe is indeed a common video card driver for Win3.x, but it's not suitable for all. For example, some newer video cards are not compatible. Whether it is suitable for a specific video card needs to be tested by installing it yourself (installation is actually very simple, you can change the display driver using the system settings program in the control panel). As for the issue of entering Win3.x, please provide detailed error prompt information, so that we can judge the cause of the problem and solve it pertinently.

When installing WIN3.1, you need to LOCK the hard disk, and it seems that it can only be DOS 7 of WIN95.

If you use the full installation version of MS-DOS 7.1, then directly installing and running Win3.x is no problem, and it can normally run under normal circumstances. If the memory is greater than 256MB, you can simply modify it according to the method I mentioned in the forum before to solve the problem.
