msclient3.0 only makes your DOS have client functions, and you should also add server functions to msclient. You can search online, it's not difficult to find.

I also have this problem. It has been replaced, and I ran net share wei=c:\share /full. There is a corresponding share name when checking with NET SHARE, but it can't be seen under XP, and the NET USE always prompts an error.
