1. Under the 98 GUI, I used SYS USBHDD successfully. In the BIOS I chose USB HDD as the first boot device, but USB HDD boot failed........ it automatically switched to booting from the hard disk. After unplugging the hard disk cable and rebooting, the system said it could not find a boot device...........
2. I thought maybe the partition on the USB HDD wasn't active. Under the 98 GUI, FDISK said only one partition could be activated, and refused to activate it....... I looked for other partition programs, but not a single one could find the USB HDD.......... Later I went online and searched for articles, and found that someone actually had booted a computer with an activated USB HDD, but no other hard disk could be inserted (to be exact, a hard disk that already had an active partition)
3. How should I continue................. Also, DUSE and XXX can't drive my USB HDD
