How do you drive a PCI RTL8139 network card for networking under DOS? It seems several networking programs all use ISA network cards.
When driving a PCI network card, the driver doesn't seem to have the type those programs can use. It also seems that under WINDOWS it uses software made up of several files together, but in that software it seems you can only use a single standalone driver. What's going on here?

On the network card floppy there is an rtspkt.com
Generally, just run rtspkt 0x60 and it will work.

It doesn't matter whether the network card is an ISA card or a PCI card, as long as there is a driver.
