A few days ago, a 67-year-old foreign computer enthusiast claimed that he had successfully reduced the huge Windows 9X operating system to 40MB. This is not compression—it really takes up only 40MB of hard disk space. After compression, Windows 9X can boot successfully within a few seconds.
