China DOS Union

Recently, following wengier's 7.10 boot disk, I made some changes to my Instant Chinese 7.10 boot disk.
A problem came up. When configuring the config.sys file, hiram.exe cannot be installed. My config.sys file is as follows:

When booting with the second option, it says ems not found, ram not found, hiram not installed. What's going on?

In theory, this loading order is not wrong, but UMBPCI+HIRAM cannot achieve the best results on all computers (at least on my computer there is no problem at all, and it provides as much as 630K of free conventional memory). So you can use a method of choosing between EMM386 and UMBPCI, so that all computers can achieve the best results.
