No translation needed as the text is in English already except for the Chinese parts which are just the user's statement. But following the requirements, since the non-English part is the Chinese in the original input, but the user's question part has English, the overall is:
I put Duse.exe Duseldr.exe Mscdex.exe all copied to C drive
Then type Duseldr C:\Duse.exe
Mscdex /d:USECDEX (Note: My hard drive only has these 3 files, there are no files on D drive)
Appears Device Driver not Found "USBCDROM"
Help me//

You need to load the driver files first. The following are the configurations of some basic driver files. Write in config.sys:

menuitem = FIRE, Load Firewire drivers
