Back then on CSDN I saw someone called Blue Ant who wrote a whole graphical system under DOS in Pascal. It even looked better than Win31. He once posted the source code and executable on his own homepage, but after his homepage went offline, I could never find any related materials again. I wonder if any brother here downloaded it before and could share a copy!

SEAL, Qube, WinTix and others are all pretty good, and they are all still under continuous development now. You can find downloads in the site's "System Enhancement" section.
