I want to run it directly from DOS on a CD. Is it possible to set environment variables and copy the support software package onto the CD, so that the software thinks it is running in a WIN32 environment?

Does Win32 here mean Windows 3.2 or 32-bit Windows? If you try to run it under pure DOS, what message appears?

Then it's software that runs in WIN9X/ME/NT/2000/XP.
WIN3X has a WIN32S enhancement tool; after installing it, it can also run some 32-bit software. |
