I have seen it on Chaoxing. It's by Qiu Bojun. It's a very old book. Objectively speaking, the knowledge is very outdated. The file calls mentioned in it still use FCB instead of handles. After DOS 2.X and DOS 3.X, handles are used. Of course, up to now, WINDOWS also uses this method! It is suggested that you read "DOS Programmer's Manual" which is better and more comprehensive than that book! This book can be found in the computer network of the free shelf on Chaoxing!
