My hard disk cannot be entered, fdisk, scandisk, chkdsk cannot be carried out either. I use kv3000, hdd also to be helpless, I am really upset. Please哪位 expert give a practical method.

Try the rebuild partition table function of DiskGen.

Check if it's a problem with the MBR. Use a DOS boot disk to boot and run gdisk 1 (or in Windows run gdisk32 1). Check if the hard drive can be found. If there is disk information, then run gdisk 1 /mbr (or in Windows run gdisk32 1 /mbr) to initialize the hard drive MBR.

Does the BIOS display that the hard drive is found during startup?

If it's a problem with the hard disk partition table, try repartitioning with DM, maybe it can be solved. Many problems that PQ, Diskgen, Fdisk can't solve can be handled with DM.
