dos controller: a graphical interface under DOS. It supports double-clicking folders and running other programs with the mouse, and it is not large either. The drawback is that it does not support CDs or NTFS partitions. (dosctrl.exe)
peruse: a DOS scrolling software tool.
The last two lines of autoexec. bat are as follows:
lh peruse /x32
lh dosctrl
Since after dosctrl is loaded it cannot continue loading other programs, the order cannot be changed.
After exiting dosctrl, the Scroll Lock key cannot activate peruse. Using mi (meminfo)
to check, peruse is there, but if I use peruse/u to unload it, it says peruse was not found.
If I reload peruse, it works, but I want it to load automatically, that is, dosctrl should not make peruse become ineffective.
Please, experts, help solve this or provide some other scrolling software, many thanks.
Offering peruse and dosctrl (recommended):

It should be that both TSR programs modify interrupts, and that causes a conflict. You could consider loading dosctrl first, then loading peruse. Since under dosctrl you probably do not need peruse anyway. But I have not used these two programs, so I cannot offer any further advice.

Didn't the OP already say it? The load order cannot be changed. What good thing is dos controller? Haven't tried it, haha.

Many thanks to both of you for the help! dos controller is a graphical interface under DOS. After loading a mouse driver, you can double-click *.exe *.com and *.bat to execute them, double-click to enter a folder, and you can also edit files. It is small and compact, only a bit over 40K. Strongly recommended, a must-have for DOS. See dosctrl.com inside the archive for details. Are there any other scrolling software tools under DOS?
