I already installed DOS, but when I boot into XP there’s no LOGO.
Right-clicking doesn’t show any menu either. Is there any way to start it directly from the DOS71 folder inside XP? |

boot.ini probably hasn’t been set up yet, OP please explain the problem in more detail～～you can also install some software～after installing, just restart and you can use it～

Open the c:\boot.ini file and check whether the XP line under ends with “/NoGuiBoot”. If it does, remove it. That option disables the XP startup LOGO.

I can’t find the boot.ini file.
Also, when I was installing it showed: Oh insert the Ms Dos7.10 Add-on Disk to the following path ---> C:\ADDONXXXXX What is the Add-on Disk? Isn’t it the installation CD? How can I finish the installation? Or is it because I didn’t finish installing that there’s no boot.ini file??? |
