What kind of test function do you want to accomplish? For example, checking whether these COM ports exist and displaying their IO addresses, etc.?

This is a matter of personal habit and preference; you can choose freely, it has nothing to do with Taiwan.

It was incredibly powerful! Don't know whether it still exists...

Is it Turbo Power Async Professional? I've used it, it's for Delphi, very powerful.
