I want to use DOS to write a program that uses the system time to format a hard drive (for example, if I want the system time to reach 2005-10-1 0:00, it will automatically format a hard drive, or delete a file). How should this batch file be written?

Also, how can I add this file into the system processes?

Absolutely not doing anything crooked~ I made a website, and because the company treatment is too harsh, I want to leave.
