Some time ago, netizen hyzys raised the question of how to disable Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Break in DOS (http://www.cn-dos.net/forum/viewthread.php?tid=15058&fpage=1&highlight=Ctrl%2BC). I searched and found a program Breakoff.com that can achieve this purpose, so I uploaded it to share with everyone.
Breakoff.com is a TSR program that resides in memory. It is very small, only 1.4K, and occupies 576 bytes of conventional memory! When run, it can block Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Break. If there is break.sys in the boot disk, it is feasible. Load it in config.sys.
