This is a floppy disk image. Once, I encountered a laptop that had no floppy drive or optical drive, only an external "USB optical drive" but DOS couldn't support the USB optical drive. I searched the Internet for many boot disks, and none could drive themselves from the USB optical drive itself. After exploration, I made this floppy disk image. After burning it to a CD, you can install the WINDOWS system from the USB optical drive.
