How to set up Lynx
Currently, there is no condition to access the internet. Just want to use it as a browser to view.htm files locally.
Please be specific. I once saw the instructions in New DOS Era, but they were too general and I don't know how to do it.

For example:
set LYNX_CFG=c:\lynx.cfg
Then it can be used
