Does anyone have a 16-bit Microsoft CAB archive creation tool, MAKECAB.EXE or DIANTZ.EXE, that can run under pure DOS (I guess DIANTZ may be the predecessor of MAKECAB)? It should probably be a version from 1995 or earlier, since later versions can only run in a DOS window. If anyone has it, please let me know. Thanks!
