Can't read. Information is as follows: cdr103: cdrom not high sierra or iso - 9660 format reading drive E Abort, Retry, Fail? This disc was formatted and burned using nero's incd.

It has nothing to do with DOS, it's a problem with the CD drive. Your CD drive may be relatively old, it is recommended to replace it with a new one.

My optical drive is new. It reads fine under Windows 98. I want to ask how to read it under DOS, related to DOS.

It seems that under DOS, you can't read CDs in UDF format.
