It seems MenuStar 2.0 was once available for download on the New DOS Era homepage. I found it here, but it says "MenuStar 2.0 (deleted) no annotation". I hope some friend who downloaded it before can do me a favor and upload it. I have the original release of MenuStar here, but it doesn't seem to be 2.0. I don't know what improvements 2.0 has.
