Programs for playing CDs in DOS, I can make one in C language. Moreover, playing CDs under DOS all uses relevant interrupts of the CD-ROM drive to realize playing analog audio, which is not like playing digital CD audio in Windows, and if there is no audio cable of the CD-ROM drive in DOS, you can't even think about listening to CDs.
