It's too slow to use a 2.0 USB flash drive under DOS. A bit helpless. How can we support high - speed reading and writing?

Wildly imaginative, something that Windows XP doesn't support without installing SP1, it must be quite challenging for DOS to support.

Is it slower than a floppy disk? Just make do with it.

Michael, how does ghost2003 support it? .........ghost2003 can support restoring the hard disk with USB devices.

here you go!

The RAMFD may not be required in some machine, like my desktop, but required others, like my laptop. try it out your self, because that slows down the process a lot. It actually copies your floppy disk into the ram drive.
i use it on my external USB2 DVD-RW and ghost to back up my hard drive.
Good luck.

Greg
