It's no longer possible to download it from New DOS Era, so if any friends here have this software, please provide it.
Thanks! Editor 2.0 is a 2K Chinese-localization tool that uses the method of extracting English strings. It's quite easy to use, and it was also fairly well-known in China. |

I suggest you try Chinese Localization Probe; it can localize software too! http://www.windtank.com/ has a download...
