First, thank you for sharing. But I wonder if there is a Chinese version of the IE browser for Win3.x? (I only have the English version.)

In order to facilitate everyone's download, I have changed the above 15 compressed files into one ZIP compressed file for direct download (the above source files have been deleted). Tried it, but unfortunately it's not completely so. Also, the font display in some places is relatively unsightly.
