Moderator, after I downloaded and extracted DUSE there are two files. Should I put these two files on the boot floppy, or on the computer's C: drive? Also, should the CONFIG file that needs to be modified be the one on the boot floppy or the one on C:?

That depends on whether you're booting from a floppy or from the hard disk. If it's the former, put them on drive A; if it's the latter, put them on drive C.
