In addition, if conditions permit, the forum should set up a dedicated FTP server, with uploading via FTP and downloading via HTTP (even can be set to HTTP browsing mode). Of course, strict restrictions should be placed on the uploading conditions to standardize the form and size of the uploaded files. If conditions are really difficult, everyone can pool money to buy hard drives and expand bandwidth. Having an FTP is much more convenient. Fortunately, the software used under DOS is all not very large.
