After I installed it, I ran MyBootDisk.exe, but the program didn't respond. I don't know what's going on? My OS is WIN98SE

I used UNRAR and E_WISE to directly extract it under DOS (without installation) and looked at the contents of some of its files. The contents of its CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files are as follows:
