I'm using a WinME system. I checked materials online saying it can enter pure DOS, but when I do it this way it always says it can't find some IO.sys file or something like that (using that WINMEDOS software). Moderator, please advise.

That's a patch for WinME that can let WinME return to DOS real mode, but the instructions are in English. Fortunately they're very short, basically easy enough to understand.
