Function Overview

　
At its root, Grub is a bootloader for Linux, just as NTLDR is for Windows NT/2K/XP. However, it has multi-boot functionality and is constantly developing and improving. Currently, its new functions are as follows:

1. Support for Chinese display and background images;

2. Support for virtual floppy disk function, which can be used to boot the system;

3. Support for hard disk virtualization, disk mapping (of course, can also activate/hide/create partitions);

4. Support for network boot (including network virtual floppy disk);

5. Support for CD-ROM boot (has an independent driver for BIOS - independent ATAPI devices);

6. Cross-platform support;

I used a traditional Chinese font,
and the taile in menu.lst also used traditional Chinese, but when it was displayed, it was garbled?

Does the source code of grub also need to be changed?

You can try the traditional Chinese character font. The characters in menu.lst are in simplified Chinese. What is displayed will be traditional Chinese. I have tried it. I used the traditional Chinese character font in UCDOS and displayed a traditional Chinese menu.
