Hello! I just got into DOS. I used to use Windows 9X system all the time. Now I also want to use DOS, but I don't know how! I want to ask you all to help. Can you introduce to me in detail in sequence how to make a DOS system boot floppy (Note: unrelated to Windows 9X)? I mean, insert this made floppy into the floppy drive, turn on the computer, and the one that boots is not Windows 9X but the DOS system in this made floppy. How should I do it?

There are differences between Award BIOS and AMI BIOS.

Award BIOS is relatively simple. Enter BIOS FEATURES SETUP, find the BOOT Sequence. Press the PageDown key to change it to A, C, SCSI. Press F10, save and exit, then you can boot from the floppy disk.

AMI BIOS is similar, but just change Boot Sequence to Floppy.

There is also the Phoenix BIOS. This one changes the boot order in the boot option. Use the + and - keys to change.
