I want to ask whether this software can compress DOS COM and EXE files? After compressing them, can they still be used normally? Thanks.

This software is not a compression program for executable files, but I heard that EXE files inside an ARC archive can be run without being extracted from the archive first. But I haven't tried it.
From the information below it, its usage is more or less similar to ARJ, RAR, and AIN

If you want to compress DOS EXE and COM files, you can use PKLITE and DIET.
If you only want to compress EXE files, I recommend WWPACK and UPX. UPX can also compress EXE files for WINDOWS3X/9X/NT/2000.
