I found this software online, "Traysaver b6". It was localized into Chinese by someone from Taiwan, and I need to convert its internal encoding. Otherwise it comes out as garbled text, so I'd like to ask everyone here for a way to convert the internal encoding of an executable file. Also, if anyone is interested, please help me localize it into Chinese too...
Thanks!

1. First use EDIT2 to extract the text information from the file.
2. Then use BIG-GB in CCDOS or UCDOS to translate the text file into Simplified Chinese.
3. Use CCED or CCDOS's ED to modify the text file and remove the stuff you can't make sense of (basically these are not things that need Chinese localization)
4. Use EDIT2 to write it back.
5. Be sure to make a backup. BIG-GB may even replace the Chinese table characters, just change them back afterward.
