After I boot the computer with an MS-DOS boot disk, it prompts me to enter a new date. What should I do?

Two methods:
1: Use MS-DOS 7.10, and it won't ask you to enter the date or time; 2: Create an AUTOEXEC.BAT file. |

When DOS doesn't have an AUTOEXEC.BAT, it will automatically call the TIME and DATE commands. Just press Enter to skip past them.
You can create an AUTOEXEC。BAT file, put a PATH command in it, and that will solve the problem. |

Only old versions of DOS do that. I've used MS-DOS 7.x for two years, so I've never been prompted to enter the date and time at startup.
